Clause 16(1) of the Accountants and Auditors (Registration) By-Laws, 2023 requires each member of the Board to pay his annual subscription fees on the first day of July of each year.

With this notice, the Board hereby reminds you to settle your outstanding annual subscription fees and penalties to date, as reflected in your MEMS account. Continued failure to pay these outstanding fees and accumulated penalties, after a further lapse of three months following the initial three-month grace period from the due date, will render you liable for additional penalties, in addition to the fees and penalties already due. This is calculated in accordance with Clause 17 of the Accountants and Auditors (Registration) By-Laws, 2023.

To pay your annual fees please login into your MEMS’ account, open subscription bills menu available under bills and click ‘pay now’ to generate control number.
