The National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) is proud to announce and invite you to attend the 39^th Accountants’ Annual Conference 2026 to be held at APC Hotel and Conference Centre - Bunju, Dar es Salaam from Tuesday 24^th to Friday 27^th November 2026.

The theme of the Conference is “From Insights to Impacts: Driving Innovation and Sustainability in the Accountancy Profession for Dira 2050.” The Conference will bring together Accountants, Auditors, Audit Committee Members, Directors of Entities and other stakeholders to explore how professional insights can be translated into measurable impact, with particular focus on innovation, sustainability and the role of the accountancy profession in realising the Tanzania Development Vision 2050 (Dira 2050).

The Conference will feature plenary sessions, panel discussions, and concurrent sessions in different conference rooms, enabling participants to exchange insights and explore topics of interest from their respective professional perspectives and experiences. The Conference programme will be uploaded to the NBAA website and MEMS accounts by 13th November 2026 so participants can plan their concurrent sessions.

As part of supporting Government initiatives on promoting health sector development, participants will be given the opportunity to take part in the CPA Sustainability Day on Tuesday 24^th November 2026, with community activities at CCBRT Hospital and Mwananyamala Regional Referral Hospital. In the same spirit, each participant will receive a reusable water bottle, and water dispensers will be provided at the venue in place of bottled water.

To promote the wellbeing of participants, optional morning and evening aerobics, team-building sessions and sports will be held on 25^th and 26^th November 2026, and the final day will feature sessions on professional protocols and etiquette and health. The Best Presented Financial Statements Award Ceremony and Gala Dinner will be held on the evening of Thursday 26^th November 2026 at the APC Grounds.

The conference fees will be:

• Tshs.650,000/= for payment made on or before 20^th November 2026
• Tshs.700,000/= for payment made on or after 21^th November 2026

The fee will cover breakfast, tea/coffee, lunches, conference merchandise, the Gala Dinner on 26^th November 2026 and participation in the Sustainability Day activities.

For payment purposes kindly visit the NBAA web payment portal, sign up/login to request for a bill and obtain payment control number. Make payment through Bank (NMB/CRDB) or Mobile (Airtel Money/Halo Pesa/Mpesa/Mixx by yass /TPesa/) by selecting (‘Government Payments’) and use the provided payment control number as your payment reference. Save the received confirmation message from the Service Provider as a proof of payment in case the Board requires it.

Distribution of conference merchandise will be on Friday 20^th, Monday 23^rd and Tuesday 24^th November 2026 from 08:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs at NBAA Function Hall, Mhasibu House, Dar es Salaam, and will continue at the Registration Desk at the conference venue.
