NBAA and TRA Joint Forum on Budget, Economic and Tax Issues, Dar es Salaam
The National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) and the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) will conduct a three-day forum on Government Budget, Economic and Taxation issues from Wednesday 8th to Friday 10th July 2026 at the APC Hotel and Conference Centre, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
The objective of the forum is to provide a platform for Chief Executive Officers, Auditors, Accountants, Audit Committee Members, Board of Directors, Government Officials, Members of Parliament, Accounting Educators, Financial Analysts, Economists, Tax Specialists, Bankers, Legal Practitioners and related disciplines and other key stakeholders to deliberate on the Government Budget for the Financial Year 2026/2027. The Forum will also offer participants an opportunity to provide views, insights and recommendations that may contribute to policy discussions and the implementation of the national budget.
Furthermore, participants will be able to discuss updates on Fiscal Policies and Economic Development in Tanzania compared with other East African countries and other taxation challenges in Tanzania.
